Position description
Our client is a large international company with a vast warehouse near Waardenburg. The products in the warehouse are highly varied, ranging from large and heavy to small and light. This large company is divided into different departments, so heavy and light products are separated. As a result, the company is open to both men and women. When you start working here, you'll receive a thorough onboarding program before beginning work independently. You'll learn how the company operates, its policies, gain product knowledge, and meet your colleagues. Once you’ve settled in, you’ll be involved in order picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment, supporting your colleagues, and maintaining order in the warehouse. It would be helpful if you already know how to operate a forklift and/or reach truck, but if you're interested in learning, training is available! There are also opportunities for growth, including taking on more administrative tasks. This company operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. For example, in one week, you may work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, if the work is completed on time. Another week may be busier, and you might not finish until 5:00 or 6:00 PM. In such cases, you'll work a few extra hours but will be eligible for an attractive overtime bonus. For this job, it’s important that you're physically fit and able to lift heavy objects throughout the day. Having your own transportation is also necessary, as there are no nearby train or bus stops. The company offers a good travel reimbursement system (€0.21 per kilometer). Qualifications
- Documented experience in logistics work
- Preferred experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and/or EPT. If not, that’s also not a problem
- A big smile and always a positive attitude!
- Flexible approach to work

- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficient in Dutch or English
- Available for full-time work
- Own transportation

The salary for this position ranges from €15.58 gross per hour. The hourly rate is determined based on experience, knowledge, and skills. In addition, there are extra benefits.
