As a Logistics Assistant / Orderpicker, you’ll be part of a motivated team making sure every package is processed quickly and accurately. You’ll be:

• Unloading, checking, and sorting packages
• Spotting damaged or unusual parcels and reporting them
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Helping to keep the logistics process running smoothly

Working hours: Monday to Friday - weekends are free!

• 5:30 to 8:30 (morning shift - max 15 hours per week)
• 18.00 to 22.00 (eventing shift - max 20 hours per week)

The client you will be working for is a leading player in package delivery. With the constant growth in the number of online orders, the amount of packages that need to be processed is also growing. Your role as a team member is critical to ensuring that these packages leave the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner.

The work location in Elsloo is conveniently located and easily accessible from several cities, including Maastricht, Heerlen, Sittard-Geleen and Kerkrade. This makes it easy to travel to work and maintain a balanced work-life balance.

• You’re physically fit and not afraid to get moving
• You speak Dutch, English, or German
• You're available on weekday mornings OR evenings

No previous experience in logistics? No problem — your motivation matters most.

• Start right away – no long waiting times
• A part-time job with steady hours (up to 20 hours/week)
• Hourly wage starting at €14.40 gross, depending on your experience
• 8.75% shift bonus for early hours
• 1.38% ADV compensation on top of your wage
• 25 paid vacation days (based on 40 hours/week) and 8.33% vacation allowance
• Pension accrual from day one
• Travel allowance based on distance
• Weekly pay possible via a contract with Olympia
