As a Crossdock Employee, you are the linchpin of the logistics process. You ensure that all goods flows run smoothly, from loading and unloading trucks to scanning and checking incoming and outgoing goods. You work closely with a tight-knit team and help keep the warehouse neat, safe, and organized.

A typical workday involves receiving trucks, checking goods for quantity and damage, scanning and processing shipments, and accurately completing all necessary paperwork. You will work in a 3-shift system, which means your working hours vary and your job never gets dull. Together with your colleagues, you make sure every shipment gets to the right place on time.

• Experience as a warehouse employee or in another logistics role
• Valid forklift certificate, or willing to obtain one (preferred)
• Accurate, physically fit, and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• At least VMBO or MBO working and thinking level
• Between 0 and 5 years of relevant work experience (starter, junior, or medior level)

• Salary from €15 to €16 per hour
• Shift allowances in addition to your salary
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Prospect of a permanent contract with good performance
