As an International junior trader in Heerhugowaard, you will be working via YoungCapital for a global wholesale and distribution company of alcohol beverages, supplying all major brands in more than 50 countries. This international trade is carried out by a team of five pleasant colleagues who want to grow the company in the coming years. You will buy large batches of drinks, and you know how to sell them with good profit margins elsewhere in the world, taking into account all additional logistic and financial aspects.
For this vacancy, your daily activities consist of:
- Acquiring new international customers and suppliers by building your own network.
- Analyzing and creating proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiating prices, deals, terms and cost prices with customers and suppliers.
- Participating in international trips and trade fairs.
Working hours and days:
During your introduction period, you will be present at the office from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00. After that, you can work from home some days a week.
What we ask:
- Bachelor or Master in an economical or commercial field;
- Fluent in French/Arabic. Any other language is a plus;
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in international trade, purchasing and/or sales;
- A commercial and proactive mindset
