Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a logistics company in Maastricht.

As a Customer Service Representative, you're the link between customers and operations. You'll ensure smooth shipment processing, resolve issues, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients regarding shipment handling
• Communicating operational updates and status changes to customers
• Answering client inquiries and resolving concerns to strengthen relationships
• Logging and resolving complaints; reporting recurring issues to Business Development
• Spotting commercial opportunities and sharing them with the sales team
• Updating customer and financial data in the system, including archiving
• Preparing standard reports and distributing customer invoices
• Verifying and processing purchase invoices from transport partners
