Kickstart your career in networking with Nebius through this 3-month Early Talent Program in Amsterdam. This opportunity is designed for students, recent graduates, and early career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in network engineering while working with real AI infrastructure systems.
As a Network Engineer (AI Infrastructure), you will support day-to-day operations across data center and backbone networks under the guidance of experienced engineers. You’ll assist with routine and low-risk operational tasks such as configuration updates, system checks, and data collection, while learning how large-scale network environments are managed and maintained.
You will also help with hardware-related tasks including racking, cabling, and labeling equipment in data center environments. Following strict change management procedures, you’ll deploy pre-approved configurations and ensure safe execution of tasks, while escalating any issues or unexpected behavior to senior team members.
This role places a strong emphasis on learning and development. You will build a solid foundation in networking fundamentals such as Ethernet, IP, and routing, while becoming familiar with internal tools, workflows, and operational standards. As your skills grow, you will gradually take on more responsibility and expand your technical scope.
Nebius is looking for motivated individuals with a strong interest in networking and infrastructure, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work carefully within structured processes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a real production environment.
During the program, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience with real customer workloads and production systems, helping you build a strong foundation for a career in network engineering.
In addition to paid compensation, Nebius offers a collaborative and supportive work environment that values initiative, learning, and growth. High-performing participants may also be considered for a full-time role after completing the Early Talent Program.
If you are eager to learn how large-scale networks operate and want to be part of the infrastructure powering the future of AI, this program offers a strong starting point for your career.
