Wat je gaat doen As a production worker in the cheese factory, you work in the shaving department. Here, large cheese blocks are prepared for the next stage of production.

Your tasks include:

• placing 15 kg cheese blocks at your workstation;
• using a machine to remove the outer layer of the cheese;
• checking that the cheese is processed correctly;
• moving processed cheese with an electric pallet truck;
• keeping your workstation clean, safe and organised;
• working with your team to achieve the daily production targets.

Do you not yet have experience with an EPT? That is not a problem. You can learn this on the job and may have the opportunity to obtain your EPT certificate. Wat we je bieden Your work as a production worker is rewarded with:

• a base salary of €17.31 gross per hour;
• a 30% allowance between 18:00 and 22:00;
• a 40% allowance between 22:00 and 07:00;
• a performance bonus of up to €2.00 gross per hour;
• a full-time job in a stable 3-shift schedule;

You join a practical and down-to-earth production team. Colleagues work together closely and clear agreements, food safety and quality are important. Dutch and English are spoken on the production floor.

The production location is in Kaatsheuvel, within travelling distance of Tilburg and Waalwijk. Because the shift times may not match public transport, having your own reliable transport is required.
