The LuminAir Management Trainee is responsible for welcoming and serving guests in a section of the bar and creating exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As LuminAir Management Trainee you will:
Exceptional Guest Experiences
Lead by example in welcoming guests and creating outstanding first impressions with great story telling of LuminAir cocktails and dishes.
Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor.
Gain deep knowledge of menus and signature items to support team training and enhance guest interactions.
Ensure food allergies and dietary requirements are handled with precision and care.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and presentation.
Oversee service standards and ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages to the tables.
Address guest concerns proactively and coach team members on service recovery techniques
Promote LuminAir's programs and events, ensuring team awareness and guest participation.
Great Working Environment
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment with supporting them during busy operation
Support onboarding and training of new team members and assist with interviews process
Provide feedback and contribute to performance evaluations.
Day-To-Day Essentials
Supervise daily setup and cleanliness of guest and work areas, maintaining LuminAir's brand standards.
Learn to manage inventory, restocking, and equipment maintenance efficiently.
Gain proficiency in the XN system for order processing, payments, and reporting.
Analyze service flow and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing guest experience and team performance in close cooperation with Manager.
