THE POSITION
As Marketing Intern, you will support the Director of Marketing Communications in portfolio focused campaigns and strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, campaign development, brand positioning, and commercial activities , directly contributing to the growth of our hotels and corporate brand.
This internship gives you real responsibility, real impact, and real learning opportunities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
Supporting campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Assisting in developing marketing plans and analyzing market trends
Identifying potential weaknesses and suggesting improvements
Supporting managers during negotiations when needed

Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Solid understanding of marketing and communication techniques
Strong interest in communications, journalism, or storytelling
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and German
Passion for marketing trends and communications and best practices
Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program
