What will your responsibilities be as a part-time Customer Care Manager in Groningen?

• Successfully onboarding and training new clients on the software;
• Proactively advising accounts on data, AI, and product optimization;
• Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities for cross- and upselling;
• Resolving complex client inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
