As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring new customers are onboarded seamlessly and existing ones receive top-notch support. What You'll Be DoingYou’ll be part of a collaborative support team, working directly with clients to ensure their success.
You’ll help customers overcome challenges with our products, monitor their progress, and provide valuable feedback to our product teams for future improvements.
As the dedicated 2nd line support for one of our products, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge and expertise.
You’ll take the lead on onboarding new clients, ensuring a positive experience from day one and answering all their questions.
You’ll be at the center of the action, collaborating with all teams across the company and engaging with a diverse range of customers. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with different areas of our work and support channels.
