As a production worker in this 2-shift system, you will work in a dynamic environment where quality and precision come first. You work from Monday to Friday in rotating shifts. One week you work from 06:00 to 15:00, and the other week from 15:00 to 00:00. You have a 40-minute break, ten minutes of which are granted by the boss so you can change clothes at your leisure. This position offers excellent career advancement opportunities and chances to further develop your skills; for example, you can advance to operator in the future.
You start your workday with a short team meeting to discuss the goals for the day. Afterwards, you begin your tasks, such as operating production machines, checking product quality, processing necessary documentation, manual production work, and packaging products. Hygiene and safety are crucial, so you work according to strict protocols in the cleanroom. Collaborating with your team is essential to ensure smooth production.
