Wat je gaat doen As a Cleanroom Packaging Operator, you play a crucial role in the final phase of the production process. You are responsible for carefully packaging high-tech components and finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before they are shipped to customers around the world.Working within the preparation team, you contribute directly to product quality and customer satisfaction. Accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail are essential in this role. Your main responsibilities include:

• Carefully packaging finished products in a climate-controlled cleanroom environment, including all required documentation;
• Labelling products according to established procedures and quality standards;
• Registering and reporting completed products in the system;
• Preparing packaged products for shipment and transferring them to logistics;
• Performing visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements;
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment;
• Following cleanroom procedures and quality protocols at all times;
• Contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.

You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00), providing a varied work schedule and an attractive shift allowance.

• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Experience in production, packaging, logistics, or a similar environment;
• Basic technical affinity and comfortable working with procedures;
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage;
• Basic computer skills;
• Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment is a plus;
• Good command of English;
• Own transportation and accommodation available;
• Available to start on short notice;
• Accurate, responsible, and quality-focused work attitude.
