As an operator in our 3-shift system, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation of raw materials and the smooth operation of the production processes. You’ll follow recipes and production instructions to create high-quality products that meet high standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Your responsibilities include:
- weigh and collect raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) with precision and care
- follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency
- mix and prepare products according to established guidelines
- monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
- Holiday allowance 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36.
- Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position.
- Fulltime, 40 hours per week.
- Vacation days: 25 days per year, Holiday allowance: 8%.
- Year-end bonus of 8.77%.
- Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometre.

Functie-eisen- Experience in production or manufacturing.
- Availability to work fulltime in a three-shift schedule.
- Good command of English and/or Dutch with a minimum of B2 level.
- Comfortable with physical work and working with different scents.
- An accurate working style and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
