As a magazijnmedewerker at GLS Utrecht, you will play an active role in ensuring that packages are efficiently processed and reach their destinations on time. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be part of a dynamic team, working in either day or night shifts. You’ll use modern tools and systems to handle packages, contributing to a smooth and safe workflow. Whether you’re loading, sorting, or organizing, your efforts will help keep the logistics process running seamlessly.
What You Will Do:
- Start with: clocking in, attending a short briefing, and receiving your task assignment for the shift.
- Handle: loading and unloading of packages from trucks, both manually and with the help of tools.
- Sort: packages by postcode and route to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
- Operate: equipment such as electric pallet trucks and roll containers to move heavier goods safely.
- Maintain: a clean and safe workspace by following safety guidelines and tidying up at the end of your shift.

- Flexible working hours: part-time and fulltiem possibilities.
- Shift options: day shift (10:00–19:00) or night shift (20:00–04:30).
- Night shift allowances of 8.75% and 11.25%.
