De Plesman opened its doors in March 2025 and has already earned a Michelin Key (which we're secretly very proud of). We're a boutique hotel located in the former KLM headquarters in The Hague, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building's history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman's wife, or unwind at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesman himself. A dynamic spot between the dunes and the city where The Hague's heritage comes to life.

What will you be doing?
?-? Handling internal and external mail
?-? Managing internal communication (distributing memos, creating a birthday calendar, tracking staff joining and leaving the company)
?-? Supporting the P&C/HR department with secretarial and administrative tasks
?-? Managing personnel files, following up on them, and archiving
?-? Ensuring the presence of up-to-date and accurate personnel information in the P&C/HR information system
?-? Preparing for employee onboarding and offboarding
?-? Keeping track of sick leave and return-to-work notifications, and distributing reports
?-? Handling correspondence related to incoming job applications
?-? Coordinating job applications and interviews in collaboration with the P&C/HR Manager/Coordinator
?-? Updating and maintaining job vacancy websites
?-? Carrying out projects in collaboration with the P&C/HR Manager/Coordinator
Small print:
?-? You are following a HBO study (preferably Hotelschool)
?-? You are available for at least 6 months
?-? Knowledge of hospitality systems is welcomed but not mandatory
?-? Familiar with Microsoft Office
?-? You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English are essential.
