As an Operator, you play a vital role in the production process. You ensure that everything runs safely, neatly, and according to schedule. Your responsibilities include:
- Starting your workday by cleaning your workstation
- Checking batch numbers and raw materials
- Receiving a work order or recipe and adding products according to this recipe
- Inspecting the quality of raw materials and packaging
- Identifying and immediately reporting deviations to the Team Leader
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment
