As an operator, you ensure that our modern machines run optimally and that the production process operates smoothly and efficiently. You set up and operate the machines while continuously monitoring product quality and process performance. In addition, you make sure that the correct raw materials are available on time and accurately record important production data. When minor technical issues arise, you either resolve them yourself or quickly involve the right colleagues to keep the process running without interruption.
You work in a close-knit team within a 2-shift system, alternating weekly between 05:00-14:00 and 14:00-23:00. Together, you ensure that a high-quality end product is produced every day-something you can take pride in. During a 6-week onboarding period, you will be guided by an experienced mentor who will teach you all aspects of the role, allowing you to work independently and confidently afterwards.
You will receive an average monthly salary of €3,313.50 gross, including shift allowances, and benefit from plenty of opportunities to develop yourself further through training and education.
