The primary deliverable is the development of a professional, responsive company website with a clean and modern appearance.
The website should be intentionally simple and informative, with a modern corporate structure and user-friendly design.

- Mobile-friendly and responsive design
- Use of existing company materials and branding assets wherever practical
- Company background

- Advanced integrations or technical features
- Ongoing website management
- Extensive copywriting activities
- Photography or video production
- Rebranding or development of a new corporate identity

The selected professional will also support the setup and optimization of the company's LinkedIn page.
The objective is to ensure the company presents itself professionally and consistently across digital channels.
Scope includes:
- Creation or optimization of the company page
- Completion of all key company information
- Consistent branding and messaging with the website
- Professional company description
- Upload and optimization of company visuals where required
- The project does not include ongoing social media management or regular content creation.
The project will additionally include the setup or optimization of the company's basic Google presence, including:
- Google Business Profile setup or optimization
- Verification of company information where applicable
- Address and contact information alignment
- Website connection
- Basic optimization to ensure the company can be properly found and identified online
The project is expected to result in:

This assignment is expected to be executed as either a freelance, project-based engagement (for those with a registered KvK and adhere to freelancer regulations) or as a temporary contractor assignment via Undutchables. The exact scope, timeline, and offer will be discussed with candidates and agreed upon before project commencement.

Contractors Receive:
- Hybrid working environment with a high degree of flexibility

- 25 holidays, calculated pro-rata

- You are registered with the KvK (Kamer van Koophandel) with a matching SBI code;
- You are working independently in an organization, you have your own activities and the execution thereof (there is no need for management and supervision);
- You bear the risk of having no work yourself (you are not insured for employee insurance by the government);
- You have a liability insurance (mandatory from 2028/2029);
- You are focused on making a profit since you are not an employee;
- You have a minimum rate of € 36 per hour and you negotiate your rates yourself with the clients;
- You actively promote that you are an entrepreneur, for example you have your own website and a professional email address;
- You are a specialist and have unique/special skills;
- You work with your own materials (laptop, Office subscription, phone, etc.);
- You aim to have multiple clients (minimum of 3) per year.
