Wat je gaat doen As a Production Worker at Aalberts, you will work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly and ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machines and performing quality checks;
• Assembling and fitting metal components;
• Inspecting and packaging finished products;
• Following safety instructions and quality standards;
• Working closely with your colleagues to achieve production targets.

You will learn the tasks step by step, with support from experienced colleagues.

You will work in a three-shift rotation:

• Morning shift: 06:00–15:00 (Friday: 06:00–12:00)
• Afternoon shift: 15:00–00:00 (Friday: 15:00–00:00)
• Night shift: 00:00–06:00

Wat we je bieden What do we offer?

• €20.66 gross per hour, including shift allowance;
• A working schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on operational needs. No guaranteed minimum number of hours;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for commuting distances of 5–35 km;
• Pension contributions from your first working day;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• A possible profit-sharing bonus of up to 5%;
• Proper training and a comprehensive onboarding period;
