For an International and Pharmaceutical organization in Breda we are looking for a Technical Operator. We are looking for a result driven and knowledgeable person who is running a line with well-developed technical & analytical process operating skills, strong quality mindset and a mature "can do" attitude. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Running a production line according to operating procedures;
- Take care of administrative tasks in SAP/MES;
- Collecting and documenting process data;
- Analyze process data on own level;
- Working together/communicate with other operators and line lead in order to deliver defined goals;
- Looking for improvement and efficiency (LEAN working) in and around working process;
- Taking care of escalation when A-typical events occur;
- Doing complete shift handover regarding essential information;
- Taking care that all training has been followed according to deadlines;
- Taking care of related logistic processes.

- At least 3-5 years of work experience in manufacturing environment as process/technical operator;
- MBO education;
- 1-3 years of work experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six sigma, Continuous improvement and Troubleshooting;
- Experience working with process/data processing ERP systems (SAP/MES);
- Good skills in English and Dutch language (verbally and written);
- Teamplayer, structured, flexible;
- VAPRO A & B is a big advantage.

The production hall you will work in contains 9 (semi) automated production lines. Within a team of highly qualified operators (3-9/ line) the primary responsibility of the team lies in operating the equipment per regulated processes and deliver according the agreed planned performance to deliver high quality products in highly regulated and safe environment. Process & equipment knowledge, change-over, accuracy, process improvements, interaction & anticipation on process parameters (e.g. Reporting, analyzing, following procedures, problem solving, monitoring, escalation, fine-tuning) are key activity tasks for this role in close collaboration with the production supervisors, line leads and key stakeholders.
