As a logistics employee at GLS in Zwolle, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient handling of packages in a dynamic logistics environment. Your role involves physical tasks, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure packages are processed accurately and on time. This position requires a hands-on mentality, reliability, and the ability to work in a cold environment during evening shifts.

What You Will Do:

• Unloading: carefully removing packages from trucks and containers.
• Sorting: organizing packages to their correct destinations using provided tools.
• Loading: stacking and loading packages into trucks with precision.
• Physical tasks: lifting, bending, and stacking while following safety and lifting guidelines.
• Supporting: assisting with additional tasks such as cleaning and maintaining the workspace when needed.

Important to know:

You will be working in a cold logistics environment and during the evening shift. These are standard components of the position and form an important starting point for this role.

• Salary: approximately €3,000 per month (including allowances and based on a 40-hour workweek).).
• Temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
• Part-time role, 16 to 40 hours per week.
• 8% holiday allowance for financial security.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
• Flexible working hours to suit your schedule.
