Hardware Production Operator

Wat je gaat doen Are you technically minded, precise and interested in working with high-tech products? In this role, you will program, check and prepare advanced electronic modules that are used worldwide in the security and IT sector. You work in a clean and modern production environment, with steady hours and the possibility of a permanent contract.

As a Hardware Security Modules Production Operator, you carefully prepare and process hardware units before they are shipped to customers around the world. You work with specialised software and follow clear instructions to make sure each product meets strict quality expectations.What you will do:

• Program hardware units using dedicated software tools
• Check, pack and label products according to customer instructions
• Process sales orders in the ATA system by scanning serial numbers
• Work with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain quality
• Contribute to a safe, clean and well-organised workspace

Wat we je bieden

These are the conditions you can expect from us:

• Gross hourly wage of €15.03, plus travel allowance
• Possibility of a permanent contract based on performance
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone with a technical mindset and a careful working style. You do not need years of experience, but you should enjoy working accurately and in a structured way.

• Good command of the English language
• Technical understanding and basis computer skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks (some units weigh up to 20 kg)
• Attention to detail and quality awareness
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently

Important note: Before starting in this role, you will need to deliver a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), which will be reimbursed by Start People

Over het bedrijf

This company operates multiple large distribution centres just outside Rotterdam along the A15. Goods are received, stored and shipped daily from this location. Everything is built around clarity and structure, ensuring customers always receive their orders quickly and correctly.
