Your daily tasks are as follows:

Proper storage of goods;
Collecting orders for customers (order picking);
Maintaining a tidy workplace.

During vacations or busy periods, you may be deployed as a co-driver. This involves working with the driver to deliver orders to customers, helping to unload products and loading empty packages.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

A market-based salary between €2,350 and €2,450 gross per month, depending on age and experience;
An ADV compensation of 7,5% on top of your hourly wage;
A full-time position from Monday to Friday, where the working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the possibility of overtime during busy periods;
50% overtime allowance, valid if you work more than 8 hours in a day;
A net travel allowance from 10 kilometers (€0.23 per kilometer);
You start with a contract through Olympia, but with good performance there is a chance for a contract directly with the client.

You will be working at a Limburg-based family business that specializes in beverages. The company has developed into a thriving family business, despite currently having 160 employees and 40 trucks. Despite the growth, the company culture is still informal, direct and close-knit.

The company is conveniently located near the A73 freeway, making it easily accessible by car. For those traveling by public transportation, there is a bus stop across the street from the company. This means that the company is easily accessible from several places, including Roermond, Echt-Susteren, Sittard-Geleen and Peel en Maas.

Vaardigheden

For this position it is important that you have a good command of the Dutch or English language and that you have no problems with physically intensive work;
You are available for a full-time work week;

Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. During the busy summer months, you may occasionally have to work overtime. Fortunately, you will receive compensation of 150% for this on weekdays and 200% on weekends.
