As an Aftersales Operations Support specialist in Amsterdam North, you will become the indispensable link within our international service team. You will be responsible for managing the entire flow between customer inquiries and logistical execution. In this dynamic team, we work with short lines of communication, giving you the freedom to ensure that the aftersales process for our premium automotive product lines runs flawlessly.
The atmosphere on the floor is energetic and action-oriented. You start your day by monitoring various aftersales channels and immediately determining priorities. You are the one who identifies what is urgent and ensures that nothing gets left behind in the heat of the moment. Whether it is coordinating complex tickets or liaising with the logistics department, you ensure that everything stays in motion.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will take full ownership of our aftersales channels by actively monitoring all incoming tickets and distinguishing between standard inquiries and high priority issues that require immediate action. You will function as the essential gatekeeper between our service department and the logistics team, ensuring that every request is routed to the correct department and that no task is left behind during our busiest periods. Beyond digital coordination, you will be the first point of contact for international clients over the phone, communicating fluently in English to provide seamless support. By handling the high volume operational tasks and managing the workflow, you play a critical role in maintaining our premium service standards and ensuring a smooth transition of information across the entire supply chain.

You are independent, stress resistant, and find it a challenge to maintain an overview in a busy environment. You are not afraid to work hard to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator who can switch effortlessly between different departments and you speak fluent English. Passion for innovative automotive technology and lifestyle products is a must, while experience or a genuine interest in premium mobility solutions is a significant advantage.

- You have between 1.5 and 5 years of experience as an Aftersales Advisor;
- A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement for this position;
