As an operator trainee, you will contribute to ensuring a smooth production process at our modern facility in Zevenaar. Working within a team, you’ll play a hands-on role in packaging and processing our snacks while developing your technical skills. What You Will Do:
- Packaging snacks: ensuring all products are neatly and correctly packed for transport.
- Refilling ingredients: keeping the machines running by adding the necessary raw materials.
- Resolving minor issues: addressing small technical problems independently without needing immediate assistance from a technician.
- Improving processes: contributing to a safe and efficient production environment through your proactive approach.
- Participating in training: enhancing your skills through internal courses to prepare for a full operator role.

- €18.45 gross per hour, including allowances and ADV.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 32 hours.
- Paid breaks, even when grabbing a coffee.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- Salary increase after 26 weeks with good performance.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled team player eager to grow in a dynamic production environment.
- MBO 3 or 4 diploma in technology or logistics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production setting
- Technically inclined and comfortable working with machinery
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written
