Manpower is looking for customer service agents for Cygnific B.V. in Amsterdam.
As a customer service agent, you will perform the following working activities:
- Providing information, support, and service to customers and clients before, during, and after their journey, going above and beyond to create winning experiences and increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Answering incoming questions from customers and clients via various communication channels
- Performing support within applicable operational requirements, including maintaining quality standards, achieving first-call resolution, managing average handling time, and meeting service level expectations
- Keeping content and technical knowledge up to date to provide optimal service
- Guiding and helping customers navigate through different information sources to find answers to their questions
- Increasing brand awareness by assisting customers and clients based on the AirFrance-KLM Group customer approach
- De-escalating customer complaints by seeking solutions that balance the interests of AirFrance, KLM, and the customer
