In this role, you'll lead the people agenda for R&D across six regions, collaborating closely with UFS R&D leadership and HR community. You'll play a critical role in delivering Food Solutions' HR agenda, focusing on growth, talent pipelines, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and address Food Solutions' R&D needs, crafting functional plans for HR solutions;
- Lead end-to-end HR agenda, from operational delivery to strategic initiatives;
- Support talent management strategy and performance management cycle;
- Lead OE&A interventions and overheads management, driving workforce planning for UFS;
- Serve as FPOC for finance and collaborate on HR analytics with global and local HRBPs;
- Lead and support HR strategic initiatives, collaborating with HR community;
- Manage agenda and meetings for UFS HRLT and global HR BPs.
- A salary of €2800 to €3500 gross per month;
