Job Description
And here's the exciting part - we are looking for a Welcome Trainee who is passionate about W, music, style and innovation.
It is critical that the Welcome Trainee represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers. They, like the rest of our 'talent' are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.
Main responsibilities
- Providing a great welcome experience to our guests
- Checking guests in, ensuring that all guest prefereces are fullfilled and retrieving all necessary guest information
- Checking guests out
- Being the first point of contact for guests and providing information of all facilitites of W Amsterdam
- Creating memorable experiences and Whatever/Whenever moments
- Answering phonecalls and delivering Whatever/Whenever service
- MBO / HBO Practical Internship
- Follow hospitality education
- Fluency in English
- Minimum duration 20 weeks
- Startdate Aug/Sep 2021
