What are my responsibilities?
As Event Operations Intern you are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational meeting or event, with unique discoveries that they will always remember and want to share with their world. You will use your creativity to come up with ideas for enhancing the guest journey throughout their events and surprise them in the best possible way. The work is very diverse, one day you assist guests during a small meeting and the other day you serve our guests at a wedding or conference. You will ensure proper execution of all Events in our meeting rooms. When setting up a meeting room, you like to use your creativity and think out of the box. What makes you the perfect fit?
You have enthusiasm for crafting various events.
You are able to communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch.
Think outside the box and have a passion for creating unique and personalized experiences.
You are flexible and can work various shifts.
You are available for 5 to 10 months.
