As a Quality Control Technician, you are responsible for the physical inspection of high-quality finished products. These are produced in both series production and one-off manufacturing within a cleanroom environment. Each product consists of multiple components and several production steps, which makes your role essential in securing top-level quality. During the production process, you perform in-line inspections and carry out a 100% final check before products leave the production area.
Your responsibilities include:- Checking customer orders before shipment
- Performing in-process and final inspections to identify visual defects
- Verifying products against specifications and technical drawings
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals
- Measuring and checking product dimensions based on the work package
- Preparing deviation reports in case of internal non-conformities
- Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders regarding quality issues
- Actively suggesting improvements to enhance product quality
- A salary between €3,850 and €4,064 gross per month (including shift allowance), depending on experience
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer

- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00)

- Experience with measurement equipment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Living in the Nijmegen area with own accommodation and transport
