Wat je gaat doen As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will coordinate and follow up on spare parts orders, quotations and customer requests for international markets. You will have frequent contact with customers, internal departments, Supply Chain and external parties.

This is a versatile role that requires more than just administrative skills. You will be responsible for handling and actively following up on incoming emails and customer requests. You ensure that questions are answered in a timely manner and that outstanding matters are properly followed up. You will also regularly liaise with customs authorities and ensure that the required documentation is provided on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and following up on orders and quotations;
• Handling and actively following up on incoming emails and customer requests;
• Maintaining contact with international customers and agents;
• Monitoring outstanding actions and deliveries;
• Coordinating with internal departments and Supply Chain;
• Following up on customs-related matters and required documentation;
• Processing information in SAP S/4HANA;
• Following up on outstanding payments;
• Arranging travel arrangements for service employees.

You work in a structured way, know how to set the right priorities and take initiative to resolve and follow up on issues.

You have:

• At least MBO+ level of education and working experience;
• C1-level English, both written and spoken;

• An affinity with technology and/or logistics processes.

A strong advantage:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA;

• Fluency in Turkish;
• Fluency in Arabic.

Please note: During the first month, you will work fully from Boxmeer. After this onboarding period, the possibilities for working from Eindhoven and from home can be discussed.
