What will you do?
As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the first point of contact in our Social Hub. You assist guests with check-in and check-out, but more importantly: you create a warm, personal, and relaxed atmosphere. You provide tips on the city's best hotspots, have friendly chats with guests, and make sure everyone feels right at home.

This is a cluster position, which means you'll also be working at Mercure Amsterdam North Station, a stunning 110-room boutique hotel located just next door.
