For a manufacturer of various machines and components, we’re looking for a skilled professional to strengthen the production process in Oisterwijk!
What are you going to do:
Think of the production process as an engine — remove one part, and the whole thing breaks down. That’s how crucial your role is as an Assembly Mechanic. You’ll be an essential link in the chain, and with that comes responsibility.
Together with your team, you'll assemble machines or their components. Each team member has their own piece of the puzzle. This role offers structure, clarity, and the satisfaction of seeing tangible results. At the end of the day, you’ll know exactly what you've accomplished — and feel proud of it.
You will bring:
- A positive attitude — you’re eager to get started
- A results-driven mindset and solid technical insight
- Experience as a mechanic, assembly worker, or in a similar technical role is a plus
- Flexibility and resilience — some days are busy, others give you time to breathe
- A sharp eye for detail — safe and flawless work is your standard: bring it on!
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:15 and 14:00–22:45, Fridays until 20:00)
- Good command of Dutch or English
