As an operator at Codi International BV, you will contribute to the smooth running of our modern production processes. Working with advanced machinery, you will transform raw materials into high-quality finished products. What You Will Do:
- Operate: independently operate and set up various machines within the production process.
- Adjust: reconfigure and fine-tune machines to accommodate different production lines.
- Inspect: conduct quality checks, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain: address first-line malfunctions, perform maintenance, or liaise with the technical team for support.
- Prepare: ensure raw materials are available on time and prepare production tasks efficiently.

- Salary between €15.50 and €18.60 per hour.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 40 hours per week.
- 20% shift allowance for working in a three-shift system.
- 25 vacation days and 13 additional leave days annually.
- Annual performance bonus based on company results.
- Workhours in shifts: 22:00-06:00/06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00
