Functieomschrijving:
As an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process stable and well documented during your shift. You work closely with colleagues from production, logistics and other departments to make sure the process continues safely and correctly. In general, your tasks are:

• Preparing and supplying products and crates for multiple production lines.
• Working according to GMP, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collecting products from cold and ambient storage areas.
• Using SAP or similar production systems to process and check order information.
• Checking product availability, order data and process information.
• Reporting deviations or shortages on time.
• Coordinating with production, warehouse and shift colleagues.
• Supporting shift handovers with clear and accurate information.
• Working in a fast-paced 3-shift production environment.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds.

Functievereisten:
This role is meant for an experienced operator who is comfortable in a structured and regulated environment. You match this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a process operator or production operator.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Dutch communication skills are a plus.
