- Processing customer orders and coordinating transport schedules;
- Collaborating with the warehouse on inventory and shipping plans;
- Booking and tracking shipments in the system;
- Maintaining communication with customers, carriers, and other external parties;
- Supporting inbound and outbound goods flows.
