As an Assistant Team Leader, you'll be directing a team of 35 to 45 colleagues on the logistics floor each day. You're the right hand of the Team Leader and step up when they're away, making sure all orders are processed smoothly and accurately. Your role is key: you coach the team, keep the vibe positive, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You keep an eye on priorities, help out with process improvements, and pitch in on the floor yourself so you always have a good overview and can quickly step in where needed.

You can choose between working in a 2-shift or 3-shift system, depending on what fits you best. The workweek runs from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts during busy periods. Your starting times are flexible: 07:00-16:00, 16:00-01:00, or 23:00-08:00 (in consultation).
