Employment agency Manpower is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant for Dow in Terneuzen.

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, particularly in personnel administration. You ensure that all processes are executed accurately and with a customer-oriented approach.

Your responsibilities:

• Responding to HR-related inquiries via phone or digital communication (e.g. contracts, employment letters, data changes)
• Processing data and handling administrative HR tasks in systems such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow
• Advising employees and managers on HR processes and policies across Europe
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of procedures and workflows
• Contributing ideas for improvements and enhancing the overall Employee Experience

What's in it for you

• Gross hourly wage between €18.50 and €21.35, depending on experience
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km, up to 75 km one-way
• 40-hour workweek, during office hours
