What will you do as a metal production worker?At the start, you will perform general production tasks and learn the basics of the job. Over time, you will gradually participate more in the coating process.Your tasks include:

• Hanging, masking, and packing metal products
• Working with a forklift and overhead crane
• Supporting the powder coating and wet paint process
• Shadowing and learning from experienced colleagues
• Checking product quality and ensuring a clean finish
• Developing step by step into an independent powder coater
• The work as a metal production worker is varied. You handle different products and projects that you will later see used across various locations in the Netherlands. This makes your work visible and meaningful.
