Manpower is looking for a Quality Engineer for a company in Hengelo.

As Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards. Your work will directly support mission-critical aerospace innovations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols
• Investigate and analyze defects, root causes, and corrective actions
• Oversee inspection and testing throughout production phases
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methods
• Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
• Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material and component quality
• Maintain documentation of quality control and management systems
• Work closely with engineering, production, and design teams to integrate quality into all stages of development and manufacturing
