As a production employee (Productiemedewerker), you will be involved in refilling machines with lid rolls or sorting out defective bottles. Additionally, you will assist the operators with their tasks and carry out cleaning duties.
At Bavaria, the production operates in 3 shifts, meaning that you will work morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
The shift times are:
- Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00
Flexibility is necessary, as you may be scheduled at different times.

Waar ga je werken?The Bavaria Brewery is located in the village of Lieshout in North Brabant, close to major cities such as Eindhoven, Helmond, Uden, and Veghel. Bavaria is an important part of the Swinkels family business, which has proudly brewed its own beer for over 300 years. The brewery features a state-of-the-art machinery setup capable of bottling up to 100,000 cans and/or bottles per hour.
The brewery is easily accessible, but due to early shift start times (for example, at 6:00 AM), traveling by public transportation is unfortunately not feasible. Therefore, personal transportation is necessary. Fortunately, there are plenty of free parking spaces available for both bicycles and cars.
Wie ben je?- You can work at different times and are flexible.
- You are available at least 3 days per week.
- You are available Parttime in 3 shifts.
- You speak Dutch or English.
- A good salary of €16,34 gross per hour, including ADV allowance and year-end bonus (13e maand).
- A shift allowance (Ploegentoeslag) of 150% applies between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
