One day you might be at the cutting machine or assisting in the spray department, while the next day you could be assembling parts or perhaps even putting together a complete door frame. Your day starts at 7:45 AM with a cup of coffee and a daily briefing. Together with your team, tasks and goals are discussed, so you know which products you need to make that day. Every day is different, which means you are constantly developing, and there are plenty of opportunities—you can become an all-round employee or even grow into an operator. At the end of the day, you look back on a successful day in which you and your colleagues have completed everything neatly.

- You speak Dutch or English
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level
- Affinity with working with wood
- Starting hourly wage of €14.98 gross per hour, in accordance with the Wood CAO

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
