Functie
- As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will work on both new construction projects (such as VIP and Special Mission Aircraft) and repairs of existing aircraft.
- You will perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks on aircraft structures.
- You will accurately record discrepancies and manage the use of tools and machines.
- You will actively contribute ideas to improve efficiency and safety in the workplace.
- You will work in a unique aviation environment with over 100 years of history, where the aircraft are literally right next to you.
Functie-eisen
- You have a diploma from a technical vocational (MBO) program in Aircraft Engineering, (Precision) Mechanics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Alternatively, you have up to 3 years of work experience in an aircraft maintenance environment, preferably with (aircraft) sheet
- metal work.
- You have excellent fine motor skills and work precisely with your hands.
- You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- You can read, understand, and apply technical documentation in English in practice.
