As an Operator, you will be part of the production team, working on one or more production lines. You will be responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting machines while ensuring consistent product quality. You will independently resolve minor malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to process improvements and optimization, collaborating with your team in a 2-shift system. You will report directly to the Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Operating, setting up, and adjusting production lines
- Performing quality checks to ensure product standards
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues and performing first-line maintenance
- Contributing to process improvements and optimizations
- Working collaboratively within the team and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment
