Burgers’ Zoo in Arnhem is looking for enthusiastic summer staff to keep our sanitary facilities at the busiest spots in the park clean and fresh! Wat ga je doen?

As a cleaning staff member, you ensure that our restroom facilities look neat and hygienic throughout the day. Thanks to your efforts, visitors can enjoy their day out without a care. Your tasks include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and washrooms;
• Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper and soap;
• Regularly checking and keeping the facilities tidy.

Burgers’ Zoo is one of the most well-known and unique zoos in the Netherlands, located in Arnhem. The park is famous for its large, natural habitats where animals, nature, and experience come together. Visitors can explore different ecosystems from around the world, such as the Bush (tropical rainforest), the Desert, and the Ocean (coral reef).

With over a million visitors each year, Burgers’ Zoo is a lively and dynamic environment where hospitality and quality are key. Behind the scenes, a large and dedicated team works every day to care for the animals and to create an unforgettable experience for all visitors.

As an employee at Burgers’ Zoo, you directly contribute to that experience. Whether you work on the floor or behind the scenes, together we ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and pleasant day.

Wie ben je?

The position runs from July 13 until August 25.

You work flexibly from Monday through Sunday. You are available for at least the following:

• 2 days per week for 8-hour shifts
• 3 days per week for 4-hour shifts

What do we ask?

• You do not have any holidays planned during this period;
• You are proactive and enjoy hands-on work;
• You have an eye for hygiene and cleanliness;
• You are reliable and flexible;
• You speak good Dutch or English;
• Your education is not important, your motivation is!
