You will work in a production hall where concrete elements are manufactured using wooden molds. The work takes place in a daytime shift and may occasionally require flexibility depending on production planning. The environment is industrial, which means it can be noisy and physically demanding, and temperatures may vary depending on the season. You will use hand tools and machines to build and repair molds, working both independently and as part of a team.

• Producing, repairing, and maintaining wooden molds for concrete products
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Inspecting molds to ensure quality standards
• Cooperating with production and technical teams
• Keeping the workplace safe and organized

• Experience as a carpenter, mold maker, or in a similar technical role
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Technical skills and experience with tools
• Independent and responsible work attitude
• Communicative English or Dutch language skills

• Salary depends on your experience, up to €20 per hour
