As a technician material kitting operations, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our GMP operations at both decentralized point-of-care manufacturing units and our central facility in Leiden. Your role will involve preparing material kits in a cleanroom environment, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting supply chain improvements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP standards while continuously optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
What You Will Do:
- Material preparation: prepare GMP material kits in a cleanroom environment, ensuring timely delivery to decentralized point-of-care sites for CAR-T cell therapy production.
- Operational support: maintain efficient kitting operations by managing cleanroom activities, ordering materials, organizing inventory, scheduling production, and resolving operational issues.
- Supply chain optimization: assist in enhancing and automating the material supply chain, including ERP system implementation and support for QC incoming goods, warehouse management, and logistics.
- Documentation and compliance: create and update electronic batch records, SOPs, protocols, and reports to ensure proper storage, shipping, and usage of materials in line with GMP requirements.
- Continuous improvement: contribute to process optimization by improving kitting workflows, refining material packaging, and identifying secondary suppliers.
