Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a company in Alkmaar.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German-speaking customers
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring clear and prompt communication
- Collaborate with internal teams (Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries
- Create and activate customer accounts on the company's online platform
- Manage customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system of customer interactions, orders, and service requests
- Continuously work on service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
