Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the filling and packaging lines running smoothly. You set up the machines, monitor quality and step in when the process does not run as planned. In general, your tasks are:

• Setting up and operating filling and packaging machines.
• Adjusting machine settings when needed during production.
• Carrying out changeovers when switching products or packaging.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the process.
• Solving small technical issues to prevent unnecessary downtime.
• Cleaning the line and keeping the workplace safe and organised.
• Registering production information in the system.
• Sharing important information with colleagues during shift handovers.
• Supporting colleagues when another part of the line needs extra attention.

Functievereisten:
You do not need to know every line or product yet, but you should already be comfortable working with machines in a production environment. It is important that you work accurately, pick up new tasks quickly and are willing to work in shifts.

• Experience in a production environment, preferably as an operator or machine operator.
• Technical understanding and confidence working with production equipment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift schedule.
• Accurate working style with attention to quality and safety.
• Able to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new machines, products and processes.
